Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo Rodeo proceeds benefit our armed forces & their families. Following World War II, the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo made a commitment to serve the area's military and community charities.
 
History Norris-Penrose Event Center has its roots in rodeo. Three men, Spencer Penrose, Charles Leaming Tutt, and Jasper Ackerman, are primarily responsible for creating three of this city's most prominent organizations.
